To whom it may concern at the SEC: I hold GBTC in both Roth and brokerage accounts, and I believe that it is a mistake for you to continue giving Grayscale difficulty with respect to converting GBTC to an ETF. I want GBTC to become an ETF so that it may trade closer to its underlying Net Asset Value as it should. I believe it's arbitrary and capricious that you have approved futures-based crypto ETFs but have not allowed Grayscale to make the conversion of their trust. Thanks for your consideration.
