I'm in favor of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust's proposed conversion to a spot ETF. Much of my retirement fund has been invested in Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to avoid insecure trading of bitcoin. The conversion makes bitcoin investment more secure, accessible and transparent for the investing public. As bitcoin investment has crossed the chasm, and has entered the mainstream market, SEC as a steward to protect the investing public should proactively seek solutions to improve the security, transparency and stability of investment mechanisms accessed by the investing public.
