Dear SEC, I would like to notify you if my request to allow Greyscale Trust to be converted to an ETF. I would like if Greyscale, or any ETF was able to effectively track the spot price of bitcoin rather than trading with a premium/discount or as a futures price. This is very important to me as I plan to hold bitcoin-related stocks and hopefully a bitcoin ETF in my tax advantaged retirement accounts. Sincerely, Roderick Brenes California
