Hi, I am writing to you as a GBTC share holder, in support of the conversion of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to and ETF. By not approving this conversion, you are not protecting me, the investor, the very person you were appointed to protect. A futures based ETF has already been approved, but spot ETF applications continue to be rejected. This is a grave disservice to the average investor who does not want to play professional investor "games". We as GBTC investors just want the same access to spot BTC through an ETF like professionals receive through their futures ETFs. Furthermore, many spot ETFs around the world have been approved with no harm to the average investor.
