Dear Ms. Countryman, As a shareholder in Grayscale Bitcoin, I would like to express my approval for converting Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to a Spot Bitcoin ETF. Several future-based Bitcoin ETF’s have been approved and so in keeping with the SEC’s mission of protecting investors, I strongly urge that the proposal go forward.
