To whom it may concern My feeling has been that this has gone on long enough. Too many examples of GOV interference in crypto needs to end ! The people have spoken over and over about this. Why is this even a question anymore ? Allowing a bitcoin trust to convert to an etf is long over due - If anything is an issue for shareholders of GBTC and worth gov protection against - is this asset trading above or below nav! I’m not a lawyer but I’m also not used to witnessing over reach on this scale … When does this reach that common sense we all used to rely upon ?
