Dear Sirs, I am writing in support of the conversion of the GBTC trust to a Spot Bitcoin ETF. We see other countries like Canada and Australia pulling ahead of the US in this sector. I am an investor in GBTC and the lack of progress on this needed conversion is negatively affecting myself and many other US investors. For the sake of investors like myself and to allow the US to remain competitive in the cryptocurrency space, please approve this conversion. It's a win-win situation for everyone.
