Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The SEC should approve and regulate GBTC as an ETF because if they don't, investors will find other ways to invest in the asset class that may not be as safe as a US government regulated ETF.
