I would like you to approve one or more spot bitcoin ETF's. Your claim of their being risky investments is truly disingenuous. I have been investing in the stock markets for over forty years and can only say your past enforcement efforts have generally appeared to favor those you are supposed to regulate and come twenty years too late. There are NO safe investments. All come with risk of one form or another and all who chose to invest their hard earned money will learn this truth at some point in their life. I don't want it to be the Wild-Wild West and some level of regulation is called for but to refuse approval is, as I said, disingenuous. Thank You, N.F. Whittle
