Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an investor in stocks, including GBTC, I would very much like to see the United States move forward with a spot ETF, along with the Futures ETF that the SEC has already approved. Investors in the US deserve the opportunity that a Spot Bitcoin ETF would provide, and Grayscale is a solid company that deserves approval. Thank you for your consideration.
