4/23. 10 pm Dear SEC you should definitely allow GBTC to become an ETF for Bitcoin. they have been in this space in a very big way for far longer than almost any other major company. i cannot understand your continued denying their request. An ETF fpr Bitcoin in necessary and GBTC should be rewarded with this since they have been involved with bitcoin for so long and clearly know what they are doing. sincerely david berman md, -- David E.
