Dear Sir/Madam: I would like to encourage you to consider allowing GBTC to convert to an ETF. File No. SR-NYSEArca-2021-90 An ETF that directly tracks the price of Bitcoin would be a more convenient, and MUCH SAFER way to allow US consumers to get into Bitcoin as an investment, in a simpler and safer method. No wallet to be stolen. No additional passwords to remember. No exchanges of questionable safety or moral integrity to deal with. No "seed phrases" that if lost or misplaced result in total loss. It would also allow the IRS a much easier way of taxing those that wish to invest in Bitcoin, if they were to make money on this potential ETF. Sincerely yours, John H. Schreve
