Dear Madam or Sir, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of Colorado and I personally hold shares of GBTC. I appreciate the SEC's role of protecting investors, but for those of us who have the freedom to chose Bitcoin in our retirement accounts, a spot ETF would be cost effective and provide greater freedom of choice. The USA needs to lead the world, not follow Canada. This would be a step forward. It is time! Thank you for your attention.
