Dear SEC, I am a GBTC shareholder, and I support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. This conversion would allow me to access the cryptocurrency market more cost effectively and simply. With an ETF, I anticipate transaction fees and management fees to reduce considerably. Right now, I am having to use DEX’s much less reliable and secure than my large discount broker to gain access to this sector, and I would prefer to buy these assets through regulated entities. You’re not protecting me by not approving the ETF, you’re forcing me to use less than ideal methods to buy cryptocurrencies You have already approved futures-backed Bitcoin ETFs, so please accept spot Bitcoin ETFs. I live in rural Nebraska and I would appreciate consideration in this matter. Sincerely, Ben Dutton
