Dear SEC, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. The ETF would more effectively track the price of Bitcoin, effectively eliminating discounts and premiums. I just want an easy way to invest safely in this growing digital asset. Please approve the application to convert the GBTC to an ETF.
