I have been a GBTC investor now for years. However, I have noticed that GBTC, though backed by Bitcoin, has not movrd in tandem with Bitcoin, which tells me that there are manipulations in GBTC rather than following the true value of the asset that GBTC is backed by. If GBTC is converted to an ETF, then the asset will be a true security that follows the asset, Bitcoin, that backs it, making GBTC a more stable investment. I urge you to allow the conversion of GBTC (Graystone Bitcoin trust) into an Exchance-Traded Fund. Thank you Lynn Eggett Utah investor
