To whom it may concern, I'm writing to request the SEC approve the recent filing by Grayscale to convert their BTC Trust (GBTC) into an ETF. By doing so GBTC will more accurately reflect the true value of BTC and expenses will decrease for investors. By denying approval you are sending a message to the rest of the world, America is not moving forward with crypto as an investment asset and as a result capital will leave America and flow into countries that innovate. Please do the right thing and approve the filing to convert GBTC from a Trust in an ETF. Sincerely, Dennis Lankford
