Dear SEC, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. While most shareholders are writing and citing reasons for conversion that include the discount to NAV normalization, I’d like to advocate for conversion instead by asking you to be a leader in the emerging new financial landscape that is crypto currency, not a follower. Major adoption and wide scale use is coming, it’s inevitable. A spot etf approval would send a message to innovators in the space; that America is ready to fully embrace and utilize blockchain technologies. This will attract brilliant young minds and entrepreneurs to America, it’s a once in generation opportunity that from my perspective, is too good to lag behind on. I’m writing from Pennsylvania, with gratitude for the opportunity to express my view to you and with the hope and expectation that you will approve this conversion and protect the interest of investors.
