Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It makes no sense that a spot ETF has not been allowed. As an investor, I feel safer holding my Bitcoin in a spot ETF rather than trying to hold Bitcoin in cold storage. You are hurting everyday investors by not allowing a spot ETF. The SEC should not create its own agenda at the expense of the American people. It seems that the SEC should approve a spot ETF very soon. If GBTC is not given a spot ETF, I support that they go to court in a lawsuit. Thanks for your time, Fernando Villalpando, Jr.
