To whom it may concern regarding the public comments for File No. SR-NYSEArca-2021-90. I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (ticker: GBTC) to an ETF. This is a necessary and pro-investor step that is overdue. It is also deeply in the SEC's interests to do so! Such an approval will take a large step towards bringing BTC and other crypto assets under SEC, consolidating its regulatory position while increating trust in their existing custodial relationships. Get this done! Show that the SEC really IS interested in protecting investors AND making legitimate new digital assets available to those investors through appropriate investment channels!
