To whom it may concern, I would like the SEC to approve a Bitcoin ETF so I can securely invest in Bitcoin on a secure platform. I have been investing in GBTC through TD Ameritrade because TD is highly regulated by the SEC. GBTC is trading at a large discount to NAV. I want to be able to invest in bitcoin on a secure platform, where I am purchasing bitcoin at its NAV. GBTC currently has about a 25% discount to NAV with a large expense ratio as well.
