Dear SEC: I have been a long-time holder of GBTC and have been hopeful for a conversion to an ETF. With the Biden Administration now backing crypto as an important place for US innovation, I believe now is the proper time to change the old rules behind Bitcoin ETFs and make this simple conversion a reality.
