Good morning, I am a Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) shareholder and feel the trust’s conversion would protect me from the horrible discounts that occur — and premiums too — to net asset value because the trust is not so far an ETF that would more precisely track the spot price of Bitcoin. Please allow for the conversion of the trust to an to protect current and future shareholders. The intent to buy GBTC is the intent to own Bitcoin in a manner that is possible for shareholders who do not have access or prefer not to be on a Bitcoin exchange. The trust is a simple holder of the cryptocurrency on shareholders’ behalf. I am a resident of Washington, DC. Thank you for your help on this matter. Ali Adish
