Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Given that Spot Bitcoin ETFs already exist within other markets, investors within the United States should have the same opportunity to invest in Bitcoin via the Spot Bitcoin ETF proposed by Grayscale.
