Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. If the US is going to lead the digital revolution of currency this would be the first step in the process and a spot based bitcoin etf would be a much safer vehicle for investors.
