Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. We need the SEC to take charge and bring oversight to the emerging market. I am in support of allowing GBTC becoming a spot ETF. It is happening in Canada and Germany.
