Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m a resident of Miami, Florida and support GBTC conversion to a spot ETF. Without this conversion, clients money is unfairly stuck in a closed end fund that trades at a discount to NAV. This conversion will be a large benefit to all investors and poses no additional risk to investors as they are already exposed to the underlying asset. Investors already have access to futures bitcoin etfs, so a spot etf makes sense to be approved. Sincerely, Steven Handwerker
