My family and I would like to own "real" spot Bitcoin and hold it for many years. We do not want to custody this ourselves because of security reasons. A spot Bitcoin ETF is perfect for this reason and definitely needed. A futures ETF is very inferior since I cannot hold it long term because it decays in value. Please stop the fear mongering around Bitcoin ETFs and crypto. This is amazing savings technology for families with a long term vision to hedge against inflation. Grayscale is a trusted leader in the space. Please allow them to convert GBTC to a SPOT ETF so that every educated investor can benefit from owning real Bitcoin in their traditional investment accounts. Thank you! John G
