Dear Chairman Gensler, Commissioner Lee, Commissioner Peirce (aka "Crypto Mom"), Commissioner Crenshaw, and to whom it may concern regarding the public comments for File No. SR-NYSEArca-2021-90. I’m writing, along with hundreds of thousands of other American investors, to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (ticker: GBTC) to an ETF. This is a necessary and pro-investor step that is overdue. It is also deeply in the SEC's interests to do so! Such an approval will take a large step towards bringing BTC and other crypto assets under the aegis of the SEC, consolidating its regulatory position, while at the same time making sure that BTC assets can be easily invested in by retail investors with full trust in their existing custodial relationships. Get this done! Show that the SEC really IS interested in protecting investors AND making legitimate new digital assets available to those investors through appropriate investment channels!
