Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The time has come, the spot bitcoin and ethereum markets are deeply liquid 24/7 and investors would be well served to achieve spot exposure via an ETF rather than via spot exchanges, which are inferior choices for multiple reasons.
