Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a California resident and US citizen I should not be forced to use a futures ETF. There’s no good reason GBTC should not be converted to a spot ETF.
