Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I'm a NY retail investor who would like to hold a spot bitcoin etf and currently hold GBTC to accomplish this, however the conversion to a spot etf would help avoid a large discount to the actual price of btc which has hurt me and other retail investors.
