Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Our savings for retirement are in iras. Gbtc seems an option we would like to have to gain exposure to btc if we are not able (or is difficult, unwise and/or costly) to hold btc outright w ira funds.
