Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. When one considers the population's exposure to crypto and bitcoin I think the time has come to allow a spot ETF to enhance the protections to normal people who are finding a way to invest which might not be as safe.
