Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As someone who has put hundreds of hours into studying cryptocurrencies, I believe bitcoin in particular is inevitable as an alternative to gold, that a spot ETF makes more sense than a futures ETF, and that it would allow this new and burgeoning technology to be more accessible to everyday Americans, which would eventually benefit the US and the American dollar in the long run.
