Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a retired Aerospace and Defense worker and my small 401K/IRA has been devestated by market fluctuations due to Fed's cat and mouse game with interest rate. GBTC is the only source that bring a level of meaningful predictability to my days. Please support the people who invested their live keeping this country great, not the big fat bankers.
