Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. On the heels of the recent executive order it makes no sense to me that we wouldn’t be leading the charge on one of the most influential assets of the 21st century. GBTC has the most proven track record so it naturally should be the first ETF for Bitcoin. It’s time for the US to regain its place as a technological leader.
