Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m from South Carolina and I feel it is only equitable to convert GBTC to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF. The current platform with a Future’s ETF creates a disadvantage for the small investor like me to participate.
