The GBTC should be allowed to convert to an ETF. The SEC approved a Bitcoin Futures ETF (BITO) not long ago; it makes no sense not to allow an ETF backed by bitcoin. By not approving this conversion, it seems that you are setting yourselves up to significant legal risk.
