Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in California and think it is very important that the U.S. has a spot Bitcoin ETF given that there is a future's product and that the leader of the free world has products that support that first and foremost.
