Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC). As a resident of NJ and a believer in the future of bitcoin and some other crypto currencies, I strongly believe that the SEC should allow Grayscale to convert the GBTC Trust into an ETF. This is safer than owning bitcoin outright, easier to track taxable gains/losses and makes infinitely more sense than allowing a bitcoin futures ETF to exist instead of a spot market tracking the actual coin.
