Dear SEC, I am writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. In addition, I would like to formally request the SEC allow EFTs focused on digital currencies and digital assets to be made available to the public through registered trading markets. Other developed countries already allow investors to invest in digital currency- and digital asset-backed ETFs, while the SEC continues to deny Americans the opportunity to participate in the rapidly growing digital industry. It’s time for the SEC to finalize its position on cryptocurrencies and digital assets and allow this country to move forward with the rest of the world by affording investors the chance to build their wealth through participation in the digital currency and digital asset industry.
