Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a military veteran investing my money in the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust. I am very disappointed that the SEC allows derivatives to be traded but not a spot ETF. Aside from the fact that your current policy only serves to help professional traders at my demise, it also infringes on my financial freedom to invest my hard earned money how I see fit.
