Please approve the spot ETF application. There is no legal basis to deny their conversion. Investors are being harmed by the discount to NAV and future's based ETFs are an objectively worse product. Why is the SEC enabling inferior products while blocking the spot ETF? Almost every other country has also approved spot ETFs. The SEC has waited way too long and should reverse it's stance before more investors are hurt by having to invest in worse products. Thanks, Brian Smith Salt Lake City, UT
