SEC,

My name is Ben Akucewich and I am a registered voter in the state of Ohio.

I would like to express my view that the SEC should allow GBTC to be converted into a spot ETF or approve a spot Bitcoin ETF from another firm. The currently approved futures based ETF is inferior to a spot ETF due to tracking error. The American finance market is in dire need of a spot ETF. Due to lack of a spot ETF, myself and many others are forced to invest in inferior products that don't track NAV and/or have high management fees. The US public deserves to choose between a spot or futures ETF like any other commodity. The lack of a spot ETF is pushing the American public into much riskier vehicles to get Bitcoin exposure. If the SEC's goal truly is consumer investor protection then it will reconsider its position and approve a spot ETF in the United States. We should not have to go to the Canadian ETF market to get one.

Sincerely,

Ben Akucewich
