To whom it may concern, I truly hope that you consider approving the idea of a Bitcoin spot ETF because it will allow for more security within our investments into an emerging asset class. For instance, there are trusts available that are currently trading well below their NAV. This is just plain wrong! By adding an ETF, a lot of the irregularities in the market could resolve themselves and allow exposure directly to the spot price. We want to go through traditional channels like brokerages, individual accounts, etc - we want to do it the traditional way. Not everyone investing into crypto wants to have a hardware wallet and use a decentralized exchange.. Please give those 9-5-ers like myself an easier path to obtain exposure to this asset class, fairly and efficiently. Thank you, Jeff Beacham
