Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Having a spot ETF will provide much more accurate market prices for buyers and sellers, and lower pricing resolutions between buy/sell market forces. It will also reduce Grayscale fees.
