Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a California resident and do not understanding how restricting the conversion of the grayscale trust to a spot ETF is in the best interest of investors. Futures ETFs are a poor alternative and it is clear that BTC is here to stay. This would be good for investors and good for our country. Please approve the spot ETF. Sincerely, Jason Green
