Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. -They have shown that they can securely hold bitcoin. -Since they already hold a significant amount of bitcoin, approving them will add the least amount of shock to the market.
