Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States, Having become aware of the Grayscale Holding case File No. SR-NYSEArca-2021-90 I hereby would like to appeal to you to approve the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (ticker GBTC) into an ETF. The main reason is very simple. A futures bitcoin ETF was approved in 2021. However the futures bitcoin ETF is underperforming compared to spot bitcoin price. The approval of spot bitcoin ETF would therefore better protect investors and reduce their losses during market downtrends, such as the one we are witnessing right now.
